Advertising disclosure

Cincy Plumbing Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains exactly what that means.

We are not a plumbing company

We do not do plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer repair or any other trade work. We hold no plumbing licence or registration and make no claim to one. Every job discussed on this site is carried out by an independent local plumbing company, under its own licence and permits.

What happens when you call

The phone number on this site is a tracking number we operate. Calls to it are forwarded to an independent plumbing company serving Cincinnati and nearby parts of Hamilton County. Calls may be recorded. You will hear an announcement before the call connects, and if you do not want to be recorded you can hang up and use the form instead.

How we are paid

The plumbing company that receives enquiries from this site pays us, either a fixed monthly amount or a fee per enquiry. You are never charged by us, and we do not mark up the company's prices or take a share of the job.

Your details

Your name, phone number and description of the problem are passed to that one company so they can respond. We keep a record of enquiries to see whether the site is working. We do not sell your details or send them to several companies to bid.

Reviews, licences and photographs

There are no reviews or ratings on this site, because it has no review history of its own and we will not invent one. There is no licence number, because we hold no licence. Photographs are licensed stock images used to illustrate problems, and none shows work arranged through this site.

Accuracy

The guides are general information about plumbing in Cincinnati and Hamilton County, not advice about your property. MSD program terms, GCWW's lead line program, permit rules and prices change. Confirm anything that matters with MSD, Greater Cincinnati Water Works, the city's Buildings & Inspections department or Hamilton County Public Health before relying on it.

The photographs on this site are stock images used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences. They illustrate the subject; none shows work arranged through this site.
